How can I improve my team?

I agree with trip, you don't need to keep two kickers or defenses - especially when one of the kickers is on Detroit this year. You're better off with position players uming there's still anyone worth having. Your RBs and QBs will be hit or miss and you don't have enough bench strength at RB. You might try to package Williams and a D for a more reliable RB - take advantage of Williams big week since he doesn't have many.
