Make sure you eat eggs or dairy for b12 and iron is also important in the diet so make sure you're eating the beans, spinach, etc. to get your daily iron intake. Google vegetarian food pyramid - that helped me alot. Just watch out for cheese because most isn't vegetarian (it will be labelled vegetarian if it is). Also look at other animal products because some have weird names which you would not think came from meat. Good Luck!
