What should I do in this situation?

Something tells me this is more of a revenge issue... does it really bother you that he's doing it? If you had done it, how would you expect him to feel? How would you feel? What if you had both done it, and then found out each other had done it? You'd laugh it off, right? I think you just subconsciously want the relationship completely even, which is a selfish idea. A better idea is to talk with him about his urges, which are almost impossible not to act on as a man, and compromise. Really try to stimulate him without defiling yourself. You need to plan with him and set some boundaries together, BOTH participate in the relationship. If he's still pulling this stuff after all that, well, pull the plug. There are decent guys out there, the patience is worth it.
