Scared of injections even more now please please help me?

If its a necessary injection then ask your doctor for a sedative beforehand,it really helps.Hpv injection is a good thing to have mand may save your life one day.......most nurses/doctors/dentists are aware some people may be very nervous so id get something to calm you down and totally switch off whilst its being done........sounds mad but if someone is there talking away to you then its half the battle....good luck!
