Power Supply Upgrade Help!?

I currently have the "FSP250-60ATV-1A - 250 Watt ATX Power Supply" Which is pretty much dying out on me. I want to upgrade to at-least a 500 Watt Supply, but not too certain which one would qualify for my current power supply specs.
