Choice is a much better option here. Williams has been the third down back with Davis starting for the Redskins for the last couple of weeks. Further, Torain practiced all week and should be playing this week. The Eagles have allowed about the same number of fantasy points to RBs as the Bucs. The Bucs have allowed more yards, but the Eagles have allowed 3 more TDs to RBs. The Redskins are likely to fall behind again and throw early and often.
