Is there such a thing as a rail card that you can pay for in advance for regular journeys over months? ?

I need to travel from Middlesbrough to Leeds 3 times a week for the next 3 months (�15 return) but I wondered if there is any way of buying a rail card rather than having to book individual tickets. Thanks.
