Medical bills won't go on your credit report as long as you are paying them. Most hospitals will work with you, and set up a reasonable payment plan. Next time I would go to urgent care. It is a lot cheaper. Generally when you walk into the er, without tests it will prob cost about 700.00. That is ridiculous. I am actually in the middle of filing bankruptcy because of medical bills. That's not for everyone, but it could save your house if you continue having problems. I hope everything works out for you. Good luck, and godless.
