Women: Period help please!?

im at day 26, my periods are slightly irregular in that theyll come between 26-30, anyway today ive awful cramps, the kind i only feel on the first day of my period when ive actually started bleeding, only ive not started bleeding, all im getting is spotting and a clear fluid.. this has never happened to me before, is that weird? should i be worried?
