Should Border Patrol agents Compeon and Ramos start packing in anticipation of their sentences being commuted?

Not so fast. The Prosecuter was on Hannity today spinning. he is trying these in public and if he is to be believed they will stay locked up. I think the white house had these boys railroaded as a message to the border patrol to stop doing their jobs. Im not generally on the consiracy band wagon but this stinks of set up.
