Rajon Rondo opinions and injury?

What are your opinions on Rajon Rondo? Personally I think he's really stepped up his game in terms of shooting and his ists are definitely more refined that last season. I think he's one of the powerplugs the Celtics need to win, or at least do well. Speaking of which, was his injury serious? What's an estimation of the time he will be out for?
