Is this quote reasonable?

My mum has just got a quote of �2700 for 2 guys to replaster her reasonably sized living room, rip out the gas fireplace n mantelplace n fit a new one, fit a new boiler and plaster the living room ceiling n a few wee odd jobs. Does anybody know if this is a good price? I don't want my wee mam getting ripped off! Thanks all.
