How much is my Dust Tornado worth?

I have a PSV-011 Dust Tornado that says "Destroy 1 Magic or Trap card on your opponent's the field. You can then set 1 Magic or Trap card from your hand. This card can only be activated if it is a Quick-Play Magic Card." Is that a typo and, if it is, how much is the card worth?
