How do i block IMs from coming in on my phone?

My ex keeps instant messaging me on my phone.she knows my number by heart so she types it in on her computer since i have her number blocked on my phone. I cant change my number because the military needs to stay in contact with me so the need my old number since it will be a pain to change it. does anybody have a solution thanks
