Going away gift for my boyfriend who is leaving for a few weeks?

My boyfriend is traveling to Colombia in South America for a sort of medical mission. He will be there for atleast a month..maybe longer. I'm just wondering what I could give him for a gift to remember us? Not that he'd forget but just a sort of "I'll be waiting for you" type gift to show him that I care.
