Do you think we are really mean for doing this to a guy?

My friend met a guy tru online dating. He ered her up and told her they were soul mates and he was going to move in with her and she was the one for him, blah blah. Well, when she had with him (only after the first date), he sent her an email saying he had to move out of town and he was sorry and it was over. We knew he lied to get what he wanted. Soo, we set up a fake beautiful girl and put her on the website. He took the bait in 12 hours, contacting her and saying exactly the same things he said to my friend. We are milking it and he really believes this girl is realy. He asked her to chat on MSN so we are going to do it and tell him all kinds of soul mate stuff...set up a date and then of course no one will show up. When he emails back to ask why....BINGO! my friend will reveal it's her the whole time and he hurt her and he got his payback for using her that way and telling her lies. He's really into this new chick and we have pics and all. Are we really mean here?
